CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Until 14 days before arrival no cancellation fee will be applied.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or less before date of arrival there is no refund.
  • In case of interruption of stay, the resort reserves the right to charge the full amount.
  • The contract is established between Rocha Brava Village Resort and the Guest.
  • In this reservation only Portuguese law will be applicable.
